Counselor's experience of over 25 years, includes work with a variety of problems and a broad range of people. She uses a personilzed, holistic, and relaxed approach to help each person:

• learn and use practical strategies for making lasting
  change
• identify and manage obstacles and setbacks
• live life fully, responsibly, and with integrity

Counselor is a Florida native whose passions include her family and friends, nature, gardening, spiritual growth, reading, participating in grassroots community work, and striving to live a life that makes a difference. She shares life with Pat, her husband of many years.
